A long awaited part 2 to this blog! Partly due to a packed diary, partly due to a lack of photos I really liked. However, I looked back at part 1 by T and saw the bridge was completely excluded from the photos, so I thought I would make it my duty to focus on this. I will leave the bridge stats to the website.

On the way up to this point we saw a Great cormorant perched on a rock but unfortunately it was too far away for my long lens to get a decent photo.

The first full glimpse you get of the bridge is this view of it stretching across the Paiva River valley. After wandering along the river for far longer than we planned, we managed to make the last viewing of the day by powering up the stairs from the valley.

Being with a crowd and slowly ushered by the guides, you don’t get too long to take photos, so you have to be quick and try and avoid the people!

What can I say but it’s a lovely bridge with some great landscape around it! I think it needs the Summer/Autumn with some sunshine to really stand out or maybe even a misty morning. Not many pics from me but it was a good chance to test out a Rokinon 16mm f/2.
